Marlin-Free Restaurants and Seafood Retailers
Restaurants and seafood retailers listed below have agreed to the following pledge:
"I understand that marlin are imperiled, and may contain unhealthy levels of mercury. Therefore, I pledge to stop eating marlin, and our business pledges to stop serving marlin and other billfish to our customers. In addition, we’ll share this news with other chefs/restaurant owners/seafood wholesalers and retailers, and together, we’ll do our best to bring back the marlin to its rightful place as one of the greatest creatures in our oceans and seas."
Take the pledge and be listed on this page.
